Catherine Stonehouse

I have lived in the Melton region for over 55 years and have a strong connection to the local community. Outside the clinic, I enjoy family time, movies, lifting heavy at Royale Fitness gym, playing golf and being around animals, especially my two Cane Corsos. Being part of KOI and supporting our community is incredibly meaningful to me, and it is a privilege to support people in their healing journey.

My approach is calm, practical and caring, supporting people to feel more comfortable in their bodies whether they are needing to unwind, recover from gym or sport, receive pregnancy care or manage ongoing lymphatic conditions.

My journey into Osteopathy began through a strong connection to movement and sport. I spent many years playing basketball and had the opportunity to represent Australia, before ongoing knee injuries led me to shift my focus towards healthcare. I went on to work as a Registered Nurse across The Alfred Hospital and in aged care, and later expanded my training as a Personal Trainer, with more recent studies in Applied Kinesiology.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy local farmers markets, talking all things sport, searching for old vinyls and walking my two Cane Corsos. My approach is grounded, considered and collaborative, blending hands on treatment and movement support to help people feel stronger, more confident and supported in their bodies
